We attribute our success to offering quality products at affordable prices. We also have a focus on customer service and strong teamwork".

With 2010 sales of $5.4 million, NovaVision currently had 34 employees at the beginning of 2011.

Messmer added, "Our team is focused on providing excellent products, service and value to our customers. Our sales growth rate confirms our focus on customer satisfaction. We are proud to be in such a prestigious listing as the Inc 5000."

NovaVision specializes in hologram stickers, tamper evident labels, security tape and mechanical security seals, which are commonly used to combat counterfeiting and tampering. The company also distributes thermal transfer ribbons and labels through Thermal Images, which is a wholly-owned division of the company.

NovaVision conducts business globally and has over 4000 active customers each year. Major customer groups include governments (USA federal, state, county, municipal and international), large international companies, retailers, and collectible companies. Looking to the future, Messmer added, "Despite the lingering economic concerns, we are cautiously optimistic about our future. Expanding and diversifying our product line has helped fuel our growth, and we have more new products in development. Also, in June 2011 we completed an acquisition of a former competitor who makes security tapes and security labels, which will provide added growth through 2012."
