The plain and pre-printed hologram stickers on this page are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Some of the hologram stickers include serial numbers, which offer more security. The pre-assigned serial numbers are guaranteed to be unique.

The custom imprint and/or serial number is printed on the label surface. Although the imprint is durable for most applications, we also offer and recommend optional laminated labels to fully protect the custom imprint from excessive handling, wear or chemical exposure (alcohol in sun screen and hand lotion or any petroleum-based chemicals, such as gasoline). Typical applications for laminated labels are:

• Equipment asset labels
• Collectibles subject to handling
• Outdoor applications over 1 year

For added security, some of the holograms feature on this page include hidden security features such as flouresing inks and taggants.

EXPRESS color holograms and transparent holograms are also available.

Custom imprinted holograms offer more security. See section A1 for more info or see the section below "For Added Security".

The tamper evident security feature performs best on smooth non-porous surfaces, such as metal, PVC cards, plastics, clay-coated paper, etc. If you are affixing holograms to textured surfaces, uncoated paper, fabric, or other porous materials, we recommend you request our free samples and test prior to ordering.

Silver or colored metallic holograms may not be suitable for printed circuit boards (or other electrical applications). The metallic layer is conductive and may cause issues if in direct contact with the circuitry. For these applications, consider a transparent hologram.

Circles are easier and quicker to manually affix. If slightly mis-aligned, the circle still has a professional appearance.

If wrapping the hologram label over the edge of a box, use a long and narrow shape (do NOT use a circle or square shape). The narrow width seals the edge of the box; the longer length is applied equally to the sides of the box. The ideal shape is a barbell, but a rectangle is equally effective.

If wrapping the hologram label over a sharp, narrow edge (edge of a CD case, coin case, etc) we recommend the barbell or a long and narrow rectangle.

For contoured surfaces (baseballs, football, etc) choose an oval shape.

If using a laminated label, it will require a perforation located at each change of direction. For wrapping the label around complex shapes, a custom label may be required with a perforation at each change of direction.

Larger holograms have more visual impact.

1. No changes to the hologram stickers as shown on this page.
2. Same-day express service assumes payment with a validated credit card. Other forms of payment may delay the shipment.
3. Order quantities over 10,000 stickers may require a few more days to service the order completely. Although we maintain a large inventory of hologram stickers, if we cannot ship the order complete, we can make an initial partial shipment and complete the balance of the order in a few days.

Although the most common request is for sets of 2 matching numbers, we can produce any desired number of stickers with matching serial numbers.

Depending on the image selected, hologram stickers with matching serial numbers are provided in two formats:

Two Lanes: Labels are side-by-side

One Lane: the first two labels have the same number, the next two labels have the next highest number, etc.

For the customized imprint, our standard process is to print custom text, logos and serial numbers on the surface of the label using thermal transfer resin ribbons. The thermal inks are durable to mechanical abrasion, scratching and most liquids. However, thermal printed inks can be removed with certain solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, or lotions containing alcohol.

Although the surface imprint is durable for most applications, we also offer an optional clear film lamination to fully protect the custom imprint from all types of chemical exposure. Please call for special pricing for laminated labels.

All of the stickers featured for collectibles are tamper evident. If removed, the hologram image will self destruct.

Hologram stickers, made from acid-free materials, can be used for archival documents.

However, authenticating archival documents with an adhesive sticker applied directly to the document has inherent risks, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Archival documents can be permanently discolored or degraded by the presence of chemicals which will interact with paper -- most notably, any acid, even in trace amounts. Degradation of the collectible document can adversely affect its value.

Here is a summary of the material construction for our archival hologram stickers:

• Base Label: Constructed of polyester film (acid-free)
• Silver Metallic Holograms: Only silver metalized (aluminum) holograms are acceptable.
• Transparent Holograms: Not recommended because they contain a coating of zinc sulfide, which in high humidity conditions can produce trace amounts of sulfuric acid.
• Adhesive: A UV-cured permanent acrylic (acid-free). Our stock adhesive is acceptable.
• Liner: Only polyester film liners are recommended to avoid possible acid contamination from paper liners.
• Imprint Ink: or the custom imprint and serial number, only black ink is recommended for maximum long term fade-resistance.
• Clear Film Lamination: Imprinted ink is laminated with a clear film to assure the black inks are durable and encapsulated.

Before applying the hologram stickers, the person affixing the labels should thoroughly wash their fingers and hands to remove any potential contaminates from their skin, which could be picked up by the adhesive on the backside of the sticker.

Our holograms are designed, tested, and intended for anti-counterfeiting, anti-tampering and promotional applications.

Our holographic products do NOT provide any documented health or medical benefits such as improved balance, sleep, pain-relief, weight loss, smoking cessation, etc.

Our holographic products do NOT provide any documented benefits to improve gas mileage, energy efficiency, cell phone reception, etc.

Our holographic products cannot be programmed to resonate at specific frequencies.

In our opinion, claims of medical benefits or improved machine performance are questionable and scientifically unsupported. Consumers should request an independent study (with blind testing) to verify any such claims and benefits.

We are not aware of any independent studies which validate such claims and benefits. Therefore, we will not intentionally produce holograms for these applications.

If you are not authorized to purchase the product, your contact information may be provided to law enforcement authorities without further notice. Counterfeiting is illegal and is defined as any attempt to copy an original with the intent to defraud. It is illegal to purchase a fake identification product, an unauthorized custom hologram, an unauthorized duplicate security label, or counterfeit packaging which uses a copyrighted brand name or logo. Further, in the USA, legislation is pending to expand the criminal law so that federal prosecutors will have an easier time prosecuting counterfeiters that manufacture bogus product labels and packaging.
