Privacy Label

Protect your confidential printed information or conceal mis-printed or revised information.

Block out labels are applied over printed information to obscure it from being read. They are also tamper evident.

Block out labels are constructed of white frangible paper with black colored adhesive. The black colored adhesive prevents underlying information from being read. After affixing, when removed, the white paper will delaminate leaving the black colored adhesive, which will still cover the underlying information.

documents (financial data, PIN numbers, etc)
prescription bottles (medical information)
existing bar code labels
revised instruction labels
revised product labels
branded labels for blind market research trials

Block out labels can be purchased plain or with your custom imprinted text or graphics. Consecutive serial numbers are another option.

Block out labels are suitable for most indoor applications; outdoor use should be limited to dry environments.

The adhesive is designed to work in a wide variety of applications, including most plastics and powder coated paint.
