Plastic Band Seals
Plastic band seals are fixed length seals, which create a 3 inch loop. They are affordably priced and intended for low and medium security applications.
They are easy to use — just snap the insert into the locking mechanism. Tug on the seal to assure the lock is engaged. The double locking mechanism provides added security compared to many other plastic seals. The locking jaws are constructed of acetal plastic for added durability and security.
And they are easy to remove. The low break strength (typically 33 lb) allows the seal to be broken manually. Since cutting tools are not required, you get added convenience and added safety.
Typically, these seals are used for trucks, trailers, and railcars. Molded in food-grade polypropylene, these seals can also be used for bulk food, liquid tanks, livestock and other food-related applications.
All plastic band seals feature a unique pre-assigned consecutive serial number and they are imprinted with the word “SEALED”.
Suitable for temperatures ranging from –20ºC to 80ºC ( -4ºF to 176ºF)

Stock product is sold in bags of 100 seals (10 mats with 10 seals/mat) which have consecutive serial numbers. If purchasing multiple bags, we cannot guarantee the separate bags will be consecutive.

Installation Instructions:
1. Thread the loose end into the locking channel
2. Push strap until the locking mechanism snaps
3. Pull on the strap to confirm the locking mechanism is engaged
