Premium Security Labels
Non Residue Tamper Evidence
NovaVision offers a premium security label that eliminates the time and material to clean up the sticky adhesive residue typical of other security labels.
When removed, the hidden pattern OPENED VOID will appear in the film, but it leaves no residue on the affixed surface.

The label film is receptive to marking using an ink pen or permanent marker. This allows additional customizations such as a hand-written serial number, date, file number, contents label, personal signature, etc.
The label color is translucent, so printed information under the label is also visible.

SecureGuard products are offered in 3 versions:
1. Stock labels with pre-assigned serial numbers
Stock SecureGuard labels have a pre-assigned unique serial number for added security.
Stock labels are only available in red and with a black imprint.
Offered
in rolls of 250 or 1000, stock labels are the most affordable for small quantity projects. Quantity discounts apply to orders of 3,000 labels or more.
The stock labels are available for immediate shipment -- ideal for RUSH projects.

2. Custom Imprinted Stock Sizes
A custom imprint adds security.
SecureGuard labels can be imprinted with your custom text, logo, or serial number in black ink or other optional ink color (green, blue, red, or white).
Custom imprinted labels are available in 3 background colors (red, blue & green) which along with the optional ink colors provide a means for color coding.

Bar codes imprinted (with black ink) directly on the red material are readable and will verify at a 'C' grade. However, bar codes printed directly on the blue or green material do not read well.
If a higher bar code grade is needed, choose one of the labels (SSG21-48RE or SSB21-48BL) with the white panel.
3. Custom Imprinted Seals: 2 inch wide x Custom Length
SecureGuard material is also available in 2 inch widths and cut to your custom length. Lengths may range from 0.25 inch to 39.0 inches.
Custom length material is available in red or blue background color. The stock imprint color is black, but we offer optional imprint colors too.
Choosing a size and shape
If wrapping around the edge of a box, a narrow and long rectangle works best.
To block a mobile phone camera, the .5 x 1.875 inch label is compatible with most phones.

Optional Laminated Labels
For the customized imprint, our standard process is to print custom text, logos and serial numbers on the surface of the label using thermal transfer resin ribbons. The thermal inks are durable to mechanical abrasion, scratching and most liquids. However, thermal printed inks can be removed with certain solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, or lotions containing alcohol.
Although the surface imprint is durable for most applications, we also offer an optional clear film lamination to fully protect the custom imprint from all types of chemical exposure. Please call for special pricing for laminated labels.

*Note: For finished surfaces, test in an inconspicuous area first. If the finished surface is not securely bonded, the finish may be removed or damaged when the label is removed.

3. Custom Imprinted Seals: 2 inch wide x Custom Length
SecureGuard Seals must include a unique custom imprint. For security purposes, this product is not sold blank.
Seals are custom printed on 2 inch wide material and then cut to your custom length (1/4 inch increments). The minimum length is .25 inch and maximum is 39 inches. For labels with serial numbers, the minimum length is 1 inch. The finished seals have square corners.
These seals also include a "crack and peel" feature on the backside for ease in removing the paper backing.
Pricing shown includes your custom text and serial number in black ink. Options include a custom logo/graphic and other colored imprint (blue or green).
This product is sold in lineal inches (along with a production set up per order). The pricing shown below is for typical sizes and quantities. We will produce the exact quantity and size you order using the pricing formula shown. No minimum order quantity.
