Overview

Tamper Evident Security Tape provides a security seal for shipping cartons, pallets, wood crates, envelopes, bags and other containers.

The tapes on this page are specially designed for difficult surfaces, which include:

Cartons (corrugated cardboard and paperboard) with high recycled content.
Packaging films -- stretch and shrink wrap.

Product Features

Versatile tamper evident performance on most surfaces -- especially suited for cartons with recycled content and stretch wrap film used on pallets.
Hidden Message:
- Red Premium: OPENED
- All others: OPENED VOID
Pre-assigned Serial Number (RED PREMIUM ONLY) -- a unique number improves security; record the serial number on the appropriate documents.
Alignment of Serial Number (RED PREMIUM ONLY)-- mis-alignment of the serial number may indicate possible pilfering. If positioned on the seam of the flaps, the serial number may be mis-aligned if the carton seal is slit and later resealed with clear packaging tape.

Perforated Tapes-- use as continuous tape, or break at the perforation to create individual security seals. Perforations are featured on these tapes:
- Red Premium: 240 seals (2x9 inch)
- Blue Security:328 seals (2x6 inch)
- Red Security: 328 seals (2x6 inch)
- Brown: 328 seals (2x6 inch)
Adhesive Residue: Full transfer. When removed, all adhesive remains on the applied surface.

Not Recommended for these surfaces:

Finished surfaces -- When the tape is removed, the adhesive will fully transfer to the surface. This product is primarily recommended for disposable packaging.

Ease of Clean Up: Difficult

When the tape is removed, ALL of the adhesive will transfer to the surface, making the clean up very difficult.
Recommended Cleaners: acetone, baby oil
