Integrity Security Seals
Protect your property, merchandise and containers with our most affordable security seal, which is constructed from security paper, which is frangible.
As a security feature, frangible paper tears easily when removed. The broken seal feature signals tampering. After application, the paper can be removed, but it is designed to tear into multiple pieces.
Frangible paper seals are often used to detect tampering with objects containing retail products, medications, confidential documents, etc. Typical applications include product cartons, medicine containers, envelopes, DVD/video tape containers, bottles, etc.
As an added option, our integrity seals are available with a perforated seam, which enhances the frangibility and security.
Optional perforation enhances security
The permanent adhesive typically requires 3 to 24 hours to fully cure to enhance the frangibility of the paper. The integrity seal is ideal for products which will remain in a secure environment until the adhesive fully cures to enhance the frangibility of the security seal.
Our Integrity Seal also has a hidden anti-counterfeiting feature — there are fluorescing fibers embedded in the paper. The fibers are invisible in normal lighting, but can be seen when the paper is exposed to a UV black light.
Hidden Security Feature: Fluorescing UV Fibers
The paper is receptive to writing with ink pen or marker.
This base paper material can also be used to make custom integrity seals for a wide variety applications. The low cost and covert security feature is ideal for custom security on high-volume products.
