Mechanical security seals are used to secure a variety of containers. Typical applications include truck doors, trailer doors, railcar doors, cargo containers, totes, valves, coin bags, inner drum bags, crime scene evidence storage bags, and any container with a hasp or loops.

Security Seals

Our mechanical security seals are based on the broken seal concept.

All of our mechanical security seals include pre-assigned unique serial numbers. Serial numbers are optional for the adhesive security seals.

Optional holograms can be included with a mechanical seal to offer an additional layer of security. The hologram can be imprinted with your custom text or logo for added security. This helps to authenticate the mechanical seal to minimize the risk of substituting a different mechanical seal. Holograms cannot be scanned or photocopied and are a proven method to improve security.

Security Seals

If removed after application, the hologram labels will self-destruct in a manner to signal that the seal has been broken.
