Overview

Any of our security labels or hologram stickers can be provided for cleanroom environments — suitable for Class 10 cleanrooms or higher (Class 100, Class 1000, etc).

As an option, our security cleanroom labels can be customized to include custom text, logos, or consecutive serial numbers.

Cleanroom environments require a special label construction, which is custom produced at NovaVision:

Polyester Film Face Stock
Clear polyester lamination over custom printing
Adhesive which does not out-gas
Polyester Liner
Plastic Core

After the labels are produced, they are further processed in a fully-ionized cleanroom to ensure the labels are sealed in a sub-micron environment to maintain the cleanliness.

Our cleanroom labels are ultrasonically cleaned with a web cleaning system to breakdown the static layer on both the label and liner.

Special packaging is also provided. Labels are packaged in MDPE certified cleanroom bags, nitrogen purged, backfilled and then vacuum sealed in double bags.
